Start your day with this protein and vitamin packed Green Smoothie, perfect for your diet too. This Green Smoothie included with kale, baby spinach, apple, avocado and some more, all are full healthy ingredients will balance yours appetize and body.

A smoothie is a thick beverage made from blended raw fruit and vegetables, with other ingredients such as water, ice, dairy products or sweeteners. These green smoothies are a quick and easy way to get sufficient amounts of fruits and leafy greens into your daily diet and give your body the plant-based nutrients it craves. A beautiful blend of fruits and fresh green, and a great starter recipe for someone who’s new to green smoothies.

Honestly I rarely hate to eat raw kale in any salads, as it’s very healthy and it’s full of vitamins but there is something in taste that I am not always crazy about kale. That’s why I always use it for my green smoothies, once it’s blended, I love it! This smoothie is so creamy because of avocado. It adds so much creaminess, you will need a lot of yogurt to create such a thick creamy smoothie but with just half of avocado it becomes amazingly velvety and rich! The delicious apple adds sweetness to the whole mixture, it’s always better to add a sweeter fruit to the smoothie to balance the taste.

Green Chutney This coriander-based Green Chutney i Green Chutney
This coriander-based Green Chutney is very tasty and quick. It can be prepared in few minutes. Mint adds freshness to this Chutney and addition of lemon juice enhances the flavors of mint and coriander and prevent discoloration of the greens. This Chutney is probably the most favorite Indian accompaniment. It is great for sandwich spreads, perfect with Crispy samosas, Dhokla or chaat etc.

Vada Pav is a famous street food of Mumbai, life o Vada Pav is a famous street food of Mumbai, life of Mumbai. you can say Vada Pav is an affordable food/snack for anybody in Mumbai. As a Mumbaikar Vada Pav is my any time favorite snack.
Vada Pav, like Pav Bhaji, was invented in Mumbai. The creation of the dish is credited to Ashok Vaidya, a snack vendor who ran a street stall just outside Dadar station. Being a major commuter hub and an important station, it was seldom uncrowded. To be innovative and unique, Vaidya reportedly came up with this recipe in 70’s to kill the hunger of the ever-moving commuters who looked like they were in desperate need of a snack that they could eat on the go.

This Kadhi is very popular and favorite among Guajaraties and non-Guajaraties too. Gujarati Kadhi is thin in consistency as compared to Pakoda Kadhi. Gujarati Kadhi contains curry leaves and mustard tampering. It’s sweet and spicy, which taste very good. This savory curry is generally eaten with hot rice or khichdi.
