Quick One Pot Spaghetti Photography

This Quick One Pot Spaghetti or Pasta super easy, no-fuss. Quick One Pot Spaghetti completely saved us from a calorie-ridden take-out meal! This flavorful One Pot Spaghetti is rich, creamy and filling–perfect for a fast weeknight dinner the whole family will enjoy. This one pot spaghetti, no need to boil separately one pot mean only one pot just throws all ingredients into the big pot and cook it, just 10-15 minutes and your delicious meal is ready.

In fact, there is a story behind this One Pot Spaghetti and why I am adding here sheer Quick too. Actually last week we had a historical blizzard snow storm, and can you guys guess what after that? Off Couse snow!! Snow!! everywhere and result is snow plowing. Normally I don’t do this, but this time unfortunately my hubby had a surgery just before a day, he could not even get up from bad and moreover there was a snow almost 3 to 4 ft. to clean. I started to do plowing and had been doing for almost half day. I was completely tired and not in mood to make any lunch after that. Hubby told me to order pizza but I was not comfortable as he cannot eat this after the surgery. I was mulling over it, at the same time younger one came to me and asked for Spaghetti as my kids love this. I thought it would be great idea to make Spaghetti. Normally I take a while for preparation and to make this but this time was different because of my tiredness and laziness I turned over this into the Quick One Pot Spaghetti. And amazingly it turned out great and appeased to my family.

Cheel Ni Bhaji Or Bathua Kadhi A sour and spicy yo Cheel Ni Bhaji Or Bathua Kadhi
A sour and spicy yogurt base curry is very popular in rural Sabarkantha, Gujarat. Cheel Ni Bhaji is very healthy. Mostly, Cheel Ni Bhaji is eaten with Makki ki roti or whole wheat flour bhakhri during winter season because this leafy veggie grows only in wintertime. It can be made without oil or any tempering, but some people add tempering over cooked curry, it is just by choice. Traditionally, it cooks in a clay pot over a clay stove with slow cooking.

Bathua also known as Cheel Bhaji or Chandan Bathua, it is a leafy vegetable seasonal to winter months. It is a close relative of spinach and prepared almost the same way. This plant is waxier and carries an earthy flavor. Bathua saag, raita and paranthas are some of its preparations. Common names are Chenopodium lamb’s quarters, melde, goosefoot and fat-hen and pigweed.
