Instructions
In a small blender jar, add chopped paan leaves, milk, gulkand, and fennel seeds.
Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture using a fine tea strainer to remove any fibers.
In a large blender jar, add the strained paan mixture, whole milk, fresh whipping cream, sugar, vanilla ice cream, dried rose petals, and green food color (if using).
Blend everything until smooth and frothy.
Take a serving glass and drizzle chocolate syrup along the inner walls for decoration.
Pour the freshly blended milkshake into the glass.
Top with whipped cream, tutti-frutti, slivered nuts, and a drizzle of rose syrup.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Add ice cubes while blending for a thick, foamy, and icy texture. Customize the garnish as per your taste—shredded coconut or silver warkh can also be used for a festive touch. You can skip green food color if you prefer a natural hue.
