Notes
For the best taste and texture, use fresh, thick yogurt that is well-chilled. This will ensure your lassi is creamy and refreshing.
The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your preference. You can also use honey or agave syrup as a natural sweetener alternative.
Make sure to blend the ingredients until they are completely smooth and foamy. This will give your lassi a light and airy texture.
Apart from pistachios and dried rose petals, you can also garnish with other nuts like almonds or even edible silver or gold leaf for a festive touch.
Rose lassi is best enjoyed fresh. Serve it immediately after preparing to enjoy its full flavor and refreshing qualities.
Adding a pinch of saffron or a dash of cinnamon can give your lassi an exotic twist.
If you prefer a thinner lassi, you can add more milk. For a thicker consistency, use less milk or add more yogurt.
