Butterfly Pea Tea Lemonade, a magical color changing lemonade while adding lemon into the drink is fun to see. This refreshing drink is made with Butterfly Pea flowers, sugar and lemon or lime juice. It is a perfect combination of taste and color, which is refreshing not only with the taste but also visually too. My kids love this lemonade, they love watching how it changes the color, when acidity or citric acid is introduced to it. Actual Butterfly Pea Tea color is originally blue, but when you add lemon or lime to it changes the color into purple. Butterfly Pea Tea lemonade, commonly known as Blue Tea, is a caffeine-free herbal tea, or tisane, beverage made from a decoction or infusion of the flower petals or even whole flower of the Clitoria ternatea plant. Summer also is in high for last few days, so this is a perfect time to enjoy Butterfly Pea Tea Lemonade.
