In a sauce pan add mixed berries, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and water and bring it to the boil on high flame.
Now reduce the flame, and cook it 8-10 mins on low flame or till thick, then add butter and stir it again.
Switch of the flame and let it cool down till warm, then blend 2-3 pulse into the mixer, do not make fine puree.
In mixing bowl add yogurt, honey and vanilla extract and mix it well, keep aside.
Take a serving glasses, add ¼ part prepared berry sauce, add sweet greek yogurt over the sauce, use long toothpick and make patterns (lines etc..) as per your choice.
Garnish it with mixed berries and mint leaves, dessert is ready!! serve fresh and enjoy the Berry Sauce with Greek Yogurt.
