Heat the ghee in a deep pan or kadhai. Add the besan and roast it continuously till raw smell goes out and gives nutty flavor, it will take about 13-15 minutes on low flame.
Switch of the flame and stir it again for few minutes, then remove it into the big mixing bowl and let it cool down completely.
Once cool down add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruit and raisins and mix it properly.
Now take small-small portions of the mixture and make small size of balls out of it.
Besan Ladoo is ready. Garnish it with almonds or cashew slivers. You could store it into the air tight container.
