Method
- Take a warm water in one bowl, add boondi in that, cover it and keep aside.
- In another bowl whisk/beat the Dahi and make smooth paste, without lumps; add little water if your Dahi is thick.
- Add red chili powder, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, salt, chaat masala, chopped leaves and mix well.
- Now drain the boondi, squeeze lightly, and then add into the prepared Dahi mixture.
- Raita is ready to serve as a side dish with biryani, rice, paratha or pulao.
