Method
- Add water, butterfly pea flowers, mint leaves, and sugar in a saucepan.
- Heat it, stir it with spoon, bring it to the boil and let it cool down completely.
- Strain the liquid using a fine strainer and press it with the spoon into the jar or bottle. Now, the syrup is ready, keep it aside.
- Take a glass. Add ice cubes and fill the syrup ¼ level. Add lime juice and soda water.
- Garnish with lime slice and serve chilled
Notes
- You can use fresh flowers if its available.
- Sugar can be replaced by Honey or Stevia according to your preference/taste.
- Add lime juice as per your taste.
- You can keep the prepared syrup in a fridge up to a month.
