Take a mixing bowl. Add soften cream cheese (use room temperature cream cheese) in it and stir it with a spoon and make a smooth texture.
Now add chopped cucumber, chopped onion, chopped tomato, coriander leaves, salt and black pepper powder in the mixing bowl.
Mix it very well and keep aside.
Take bread slices and remove the brown edges using a sharp knife.
Apply green chutney on the one slice and ketchup on the another slice.
Now spread the cream cheese mixture over the chutney slice, place the ketchup slice upside down over the spread cream cheese slice.
Veggie Cream Cheese Sandwich is ready. You can cut it into two or three part as per your choice and serve it with chutney or ketchup as a snack, appetizer or breakfast and enjoy easiest sandwich ever.
