In a pressure cooker heat the ghee and fry the cashew nuts and raisin until it becomes golden brown, remove it using spoon and keep aside.
Now in same ghee add broken wheat and stir fry on medium heat about 5 mins until turns into the light brown color.
Add 1 ½ cup water, mix it and cover the cooker lid, cook it for 3-4 whistle. Switch of the flame and let it cool down little bit.
Now open the cooker and add jaggery, cardamom powder and cook till jaggery melts completely and ghee separates while continuous stirring.
Fada Lapsi is ready. Add fried cashew raisin and mix it well, garnish with dry fruits and serve.
