Method
- First of all heat oil in a pan then add garlic paste to it. Add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and tomato pulp cook for 2 minutes again and then add oregano, basil, red chili powder, chili flakes, salt, sugar and mix properly.
- Add corn flour slurry and grated cheese, cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from flame and let it cool at room temperature.
Notes
If you do not have oregano and basil then you could replace with Italian Seasoning
