Method
- Roast the sesame seeds in the flat pan till little light brown or you can roast it in an oven at 350 F about 5 minutes.
- Let it be cool down.
- Add the roasted sesame seeds in a blender and blend it till powdery texture.
- Add salt and oil.
- Again blend it till smooth creamy texture. Add more oil if required.
- Your Homemade Tahini is ready.
- Store it in a glass jar, refrigerator, etc.
- You can use this Tahini in Hummus, dip pita spread or use it with falafels dips.
