Method
- In a mixing bowl add bajara flour, ghee and finely grated jaggery.
- Mix it and rub the mixture using hand palm so everything will be combined properly.
- Then take small amount of mixture and make a small medium sized ball (lemon size).
- Follow the same step and make more ladoo using prepared mixture.
- Place prepared ladoo into the airtight container upto 2-3 weeks.
Notes
- You can add cardamom powder if you want.
- Add little more ghee if it is difficult to roll a Ladoo.
