Wash the mangoes, then peel it and cut it into small pieces and discard the hard seed.
Add the mango pieces into a mixer jar. Add 1-2 tbsp sugar or 1 tsp honey as per taste and blend it to make a puree. Remove the mango puree in a bowl and keep it inside a freezer about 30 mins.
Now in the same mixer jar; add yogurt, fresh cream, 2-3 tbsp sugar or 1-2 tsp honey, cardamom powder and blend it till it becomes smooth puree or till all sugar get dissolved properly.
Now remove the yogurt mixer into another bowl and place that bowl into the freezer for the same time of the mango puree.
Take popsicle molds and add 2-3 spoon of the mango puree in each of the mold. Add 3-4 tbsp yogurt mixture over the mango layer, then add 1-2 tbsp of the mango puree and 1 tbsp yogurt. You can also make layers as per your choice.
Wrap each mold/cup with the plastic wrap, then snip it little bit on the top with a scissor or a knife, so you can insert a popsicles stick.
Insert popsicle stick into the filled molds, then place the filled molds into the freezer and let it set for 7-8 hours or till it becomes hard.
Mango popsicles are ready, just before serving dip the mold in warm water and then slowly remove the popsicle from the mold and enjoy the seasonal summer treat.
