Preheat the oven on 400°F/200°C.
In mixing bowl add flour, salt and baking powder, and mix it well.
Now take black tea powder, crush it between your hand palms and add into the flour mixture.
Add remaining dry spices ingredients, mix it again and keep aside.
Take a butter stick, cut into small-small cubes, then add them into the prepared mixture.
Now mix it well using your hands and make crumbly mixture. Add chopped pear, yogurt and vanilla extract and then fold it using spatula. Add 1-2 tbsp water and make dough.
Dust the flour on working place or kitchen counter. Remove the prepared dough on it.
Sprinkle some flour over it and then gently pat the dough using your hand and make thick round about 1 inch thick.
Take a sharp knife or scraper and cut it into tringles or squares or as per your choice.
Take a baking sheet and line with parchment paper or brush the sheet with oil, place the prepared tringles over it. Brush the top with butter milk.
Now time to bake, place the baking tray into the preheated oven and bake it around 25-30 minutes till golden brown.
Remove it from the oven and let it cool down. Masala Chai Pear Scones are ready to serve. You can serve it fresh with a cup of tea or with cool whip and enjoy.
