- Take a mixing bowl; add boiled peanuts, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped spinach and diced apple and mix well.
- Now add thick yogurt, salt, black pepper and again mix well.
- Then add avocado cubes, mix lightly. Sprinkle grated cheese and chopped cilantro over it and toss lightly.
- Before serving, sprinkle some chat masala and enjoy your super easy healthy salad bowl.
- You can add any fruit, sprout as per your choice like chopped grapes, pomegranate, or chopped pine apple
