In a mixing bowl, add chopped strawberries, onion, cucumber, raw mango, 1⁄4 cup chopped coriander leaves, and green chilies.
Sprinkle cumin seed powder, ground pepper, chili powder, salt, and squeeze lime juice over the ingredients.
Gently mix everything together and set aside. The strawberry kachumber salad is now ready.
Roast or fry the lentil papad until crispy, then arrange on a serving plate and top with the prepared strawberry salad.
Now sprinkle some sev, masala boondi and chaat masala over the top. Garnish with additional chopped coriander leaves.
Serve immediately and enjoy the Strawberry Masala Papad as a starter or snack.
