Add all powder ingredients into the blender jar, blend it and make a powder. Keep it in an airtight jar.
Take a 2 cups milk, add ½ cup of prepared powder, mix it well and soak it for 3-4 hrs.
After 3-4 hrs strain the soaked milk thru sieve, press the mixture using a spoon, so all nut extract gets squeezed properly.
Now add remaining milk, nutmeg powder, gulkand, sugar and saffron threads. Mix it till all sugar dissolved properly.
Thandai drink is ready. Garnish it with saffron threads, rose petals and slivered dry fruits. Serve chilled and enjoy the holi.
