- Instructions: dry spices Masala Chaas
- Blend roasted cumin , peppercorn, cinnamon, fennel seeds, black salt, ginger powder, amchoor powder, asafetida, salt and make a smooth powder.
- In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, 2 cups of water and whisk it until smooth.
- Add 1-2 tsp prepared powder, taste and adjust the seasoning as per your preference.
- Add ice cubes (if using) and give it a quick mix.
- Pour the masala chaas into serving glasses and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve chilled.
