Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups Ripe Pineapple peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Grated Coconut optional
  • 2 cup Ice Cubes
  • Fresh Shredded Coconut for garnish optional
  • 1 Pineapple Triangle for decoration optional

Method

Instructions
  1. Peel the ripe pineapple and slice it into thick disks. Remove the hard center part and chop the pineapple into small pieces.
  2. Place the chopped pineapple pieces in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. This step is optional but gives the pina colada a thicker and creamier texture.
  3. Add the chilled pineapple pieces to a blender jar.
  4. Add Coconut Milk, Coconut Condensed Milk, Coconut Water, Lime Juice, Fresh Grated Coconut, and Ice Cubes.
  5. Blend until smooth, creamy, and frothy.
  6. Fill serving glasses with a few ice cubes.
  7. Pour the prepared Virgin Pina Colada into the glasses.
  8. Top with Fresh Shredded Coconut.
  9. Garnish with a triangle piece of pineapple on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.
Tips
  1. Frozen pineapple creates a thick and creamy texture.
  2. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less Coconut Condensed Milk.
  3. Fresh grated coconut adds extra flavor and texture but can be skipped.
  4. Chill the serving glasses before serving to keep the drink cold longer.
  5. Serve immediately for the best frothy and refreshing taste.
