Instructions
- Peel the ripe pineapple and slice it into thick disks. Remove the hard center part and chop the pineapple into small pieces.
- Place the chopped pineapple pieces in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. This step is optional but gives the pina colada a thicker and creamier texture.
- Add the chilled pineapple pieces to a blender jar.
- Add Coconut Milk, Coconut Condensed Milk, Coconut Water, Lime Juice, Fresh Grated Coconut, and Ice Cubes.
- Blend until smooth, creamy, and frothy.
- Fill serving glasses with a few ice cubes.
- Pour the prepared Virgin Pina Colada into the glasses.
- Top with Fresh Shredded Coconut.
- Garnish with a triangle piece of pineapple on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.
Tips
- Frozen pineapple creates a thick and creamy texture.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less Coconut Condensed Milk.
- Fresh grated coconut adds extra flavor and texture but can be skipped.
- Chill the serving glasses before serving to keep the drink cold longer.
- Serve immediately for the best frothy and refreshing taste.
