Preheat an oven on 400F/200C.
In small mixing bowl add both cheese, mined oregano, sage, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper and mix it well and keep aside.
Take a puff pastry sheet, sprinkle some flour on both sides of pastry, then roll it slightly and make rectangular shapes.
Take a baking sheet or pan, line it with parchment paper and place the rolled pastry sheet over it.
Spread prepared cheese mixture over the pastry sheet but leave a ½ inch boarder of pastry sheet.
Arrange the cherry tomatoes over the spreaded cheese mixture, then brush the pastry boarder and tomatoes with olive oil.
Place the prepared baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake it about 12-15 mins.
Remove it from the oven and let it cool down, then garnish it with fresh basil leaves, sprinkle some Italian seasoning and sea salt over it.
Cherry Tomato Puff Pastry Tart is ready. You can cut it into square pieces and serve it fresh.
