Cherry Tomato Puff Pastry Tart

Cherry Tomato Puff Pastry Tart is fresh, light, and delicious. Cherry Tomato Puff Pastry Tart is incredibly easy, but look so fancy! Cherry Tomato Puff Pastry Tart is so versatile that all it takes just few ingredients and a very short time.

It will easily become your go-to recipe for entertaining this summer or for an easy weeknight dinner! It’s easy to make, so today I’m sharing this easy recipe with you all, sure you will love it!

I have always been a fan of good puff pastry recipes, which are quick and delicious in taste, and Cherry Tomato Puff Pastry Tart is one of them. When first time I tried, I was little bit nervous but it came out amazing. You just need some puff pastry, good mozzarella, sweet tomatoes and some fresh herb. Enjoy!

Cherry Tomato Puff Pastry Tart

Ingredients:

• 1 Large Sheet of Puff Pastry Sheet (thawed)
• 1 tbsp Plain Flour
• 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (almost 18-20)
• ½ cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
• ½ cup Goat Cheese
• 1-2 tbsp Fresh Sage Chopped
• 1 tsp Minced Fresh Oregano
• 2 tsp Minced Fresh Thyme
• ½ tsp Black Pepper
• ½ tsp Garlic Powder
• 1-2 Pinch Sea salt
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
• Fresh Basil Leaves for Garnishing

Method:

1. Preheat an oven on 400F/200C.
2. In small mixing bowl add both cheese, mined oregano, sage, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper and mix it well and keep aside.
3. Take a puff pastry sheet, sprinkle some flour on both sides of pastry, then roll it slightly and make rectangular shapes.
4. Take a baking sheet or pan, line it with parchment paper and place the rolled pastry sheet over it.
5. Spread prepared cheese mixture over the pastry sheet but leave a ½ inch boarder of pastry sheet.
6. Arrange the cherry tomatoes over the spreaded cheese mixture, then brush the pastry boarder and tomatoes with olive oil.
7. Place the prepared baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake it about 12-15 mins.
8. Remove it from the oven and let it cool down, then garnish it with fresh basil leaves, sprinkle some Italian seasoning and sea salt over it.
9. Cherry Tomato Puff Pastry Tart is ready. You can cut it into square pieces and serve it fresh.

• You can add other veggies like bell pepper or onion over it.
