In a mixing bowl sift the flour with baking powder, cinnamon powder, salt and sugar. And keep aside.
Now mix the milk into the flour mixture little by little and mix it properly, with spatula or use whisker and make a smooth batter, make sure there is no lumps in the batter.
Add oil, vanilla extract and keep aside for 4-5 mins.
Heat the pan or griddle on medium flame.
Now apply or brush some butter over it, then using ladle or big spoon pour the batter over the hot griddle, spread the mixture and make circle little bit using the same spoon.
Cook the pancake till edges become light brown or till spotted bubbles on center. It takes 2-3 mins to cook one side.
Then flip the pancake carefully and cook again for 1-2 mins on low to medium flame.
Use the same method for remaining batter and make more Pancakes.
