Method
- Place all ingredients (kale, apple, spinach, avocado, flax seed powder, honey and yogurt) in a juicer jar.
- Add ½ cup of water and blend it till smooth and creamy.
- Add more water as per your choice consistency.

Notes
- You can add coconut water instead of plain water.
- You can add any flavored greek yogurt in the smoothie to make it more flavorful.
- You can also add other fruits like banana, pineapple or grapes.
