Heat ½ tbsp oil in pressure cooker. Add mustard, cumin seeds. When it crackles add pinch of hing.
Now add ginger garlic paste, saut for few second.
Add fresh grated coconut and green peas saut again for 1-2 minutes. Add gram masala, red chili powder, turmeric and mix well then add Valor Papdi, potato cube, yam cube and green peas.
Then add crushed kasuri methi, salt, sugar, 1/2 cup water and mix well.
Cover the lid and cook till 2-3 whistle on medium flame.
Switch of the flame and allow them to cool.
Now open the lid, mix well, garnish with 1tsp lemon juice and chopped coriander.
