Blend the deseeded Jamun, do not puree, make coarse paste and keep aside.
Take a small pan. Add milk and corn flour, mix it well and cook it till boiling point on medium flame, then keep aside to cool down.
Add whipping cream in a mixing bowl and whisk it till foamy texture. Add condensed milk, vanilla extract, the prepared milk mixture and Jamun paste.
Mix all ingredients properly, then pour it into a plastic container, cover the lid and place inside freezer for 2-3 hours.
After 2-3 hours remove it from freezer, let it be little bit soft melted, then mix it again using hand mixer of wire whisk. Add shaved Chocolate and mix it well.
Place it again into the freezer till hard and set.
Jamun ice cream is ready, serve chilled.
