In sauce pan add chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla extract and 1 tsp honey.
Mix it well and cook it on medium flame with stirring till it becomes thick like a pudding (kheer) consistency. Keep aside to cool down.
Now blend the mango cubes with 1 tsp honey and make a smooth puree.
Take 2 serving bowls. Add prepared chia pudding in it, then add prepared mango puree equally.
Garnish it with chopped strawberries, dry fruits, pomegranates, crushed few dry rose petals over it and place it into the refrigerator for 1-2 hrs to chill or use as it is.
Mango Coconut Chia Pudding bowl is ready to serve it and enjoy the healthy bowl of pudding.
