Method
- Wash and peel the mango, cut into cubes, blend in a blender, make puree and Keep aside.
- Heat water in a pan till boiling point. Add black tea, sugar mix well and boil for 2 minutes.
- Strain in pitcher, let it be cool down. Once completely cool, add lemon juice and then keep in fridge till chilled.
- Lastly mix mango puree in prepared liquid lemon tea and mix well.
- Take serving glass, add ice cubes and prepared mango tea.
- Garnish with mint, lemon slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- You can use ready made sweetened mango pulp. If so then no need to add sugar.
- You can use tea bag instead of using regular tea.
- You can use sugar as per your taste.
- You can use honey instead of sugar.
