Method
- Peel the skin of mangoes and chop it into small cubes, discarding the seed.
- Place the mango chunks in the mixer jar, along with the sugar, ice cream, and milk, and blend until a smooth puree is made.
- In a tall glass, place some mango cubes and a dollop of ice cream, and then fill with a mango shake.
- Once again, top with ice cream, followed by tutti -frutti, almonds, and pistachios.
- Serve fresh chilled Mango Mastani with mango chunks on top and enjoy.
Notes
- You can use any sort of ripe mango, but Alphonso or kesar are the best.
- For a sugar-free variation, use sugar-free sugar and sugar-free vanilla ice cream.
- If you have a nut sensitivity, you can skip the chopped nuts.
- Toppings and shake assembly are entirely up to you and your preferences.
