Wash and drain chopped French beans and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a deep pan and add mustards seeds, cumin seeds.
When seeds crackle, add pinch of hing then add grated coconuts and saut for a minute.
Now add green chili, crushed peanut and again saut for a minute.
Add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and stir again.
Now add chopped French beans, chopped onion, 1tbsp water (if needed) and mix well then cover the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
While cooking check and stir 2-3 times or occasionally.
Add fried Paneer cube and mix well and cover the lid again for 2-3 minutes, so Paneer well mix in French bean masala.
Add garam masala and sugar (optional), mix well and cook on medium flame without cover the lid for minutes.
Switch of the flame and serve hot with roti, paratha, or rice. This is a perfect side dish with any Indian flat bread.
