Method
- In a bowl add fresh chopped pineapple pieces, if you are using canned, drain it completely before adding it to the bowl.
- Add chopped red onion, chopped bell pepper, chopped jalapeno, mint, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice, sprinkle salt, cumin, and pepper over it.
- Combine all the ingredients using a spoon or fork and keep it in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Remix it with a spoon just before serving so the settled juicy flavor at the bottom of the bowl is mixed.
Notes
- Use fresh and ripe yellow-golden pineapple for best result.
- You can keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days in an airtight container for later use.
- If you dont like the mint taste just skip it.
- You can add other fruits and veggies like mango, strawberry, tomato, etc. if you want.
