In a small bowl add 2-3 tbsp warm milk and agar agar powder, mix it well and keep aside.
In a saucepan add milk, whipping cream, maple syrup, rose nectar and food color.
Mix all ingredients, heat it on low to medium flame and keep stirring it. Once about to simmer add the soaked agar agar mixture, mix it using hand whisk, and cook it until dissolve it.
Switch off the flame, mix it well, then divide the mixture into the molds. Let it cool down to room temperature, then place it into the freezer and chill for at least 3-4 hours.
Once done, invert into the plates and enjoy chilled.
