Method
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan or a wok; add the garlic and saut on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add carrots, French beans and saut on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add chopped spring onion and saut for few minutes on high flame, stir occasionally
- Add Schezwan sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and sprinkle some water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the rice, salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Schezwan Fried Rice is ready, garnish with spring onion greens.
Notes
You could use any vegetables like Cabbage, Capsicum, etc...
