Method
- Reserve some chopped veggies pieces for garnishing as per your choices.
- Now add all ingredients into the mixer blender and blend it till smooth puree.
- Remove it into the big bowl, then place it into the refrigerator for 30mins.
- Take serving cups or bowl and add cool watermelon gazpacho into the cups.
- Garnish it with reserved veggies as per your taste and serve it immediately.
Notes
- You can keep this gazpacho into the refrigerator for 2 days.
- You can add feta cheese for garnishing.
- Serve with croutons or bread sticks as a sides.
