Buttery Garlic Bread Sticks

Buttery Garlic Bread Sticks has amazing yummy garlicky flavor. Buttery Garlic Bread Sticks are crispy from out and buttery soft inside. Buttery Garlic Bread Sticks is very well goes with soup, spaghetti or hot Indian tea.

Ingredients:

• 2 package Dry Yeast
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Garlic Paste
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• ½ cup Milk
• Salt
• 4 cup All Purpose Flour/Maida/Bread Flour
• ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
• 2 tbsp Melted Butter
• ½ tsp Dry Garlic Powder

Method:

1. Take a large bowl; add dry yeast, sugar, 1 cup warm water and cover the bowl for 10 minutes or yeast come out bubbly or foamy, then add oil, garlic paste, 1 tbsp butter, salt, ¼ tsp Italian seasoning (remaining Italian Seasoning keeps aside), ½ cup milk and mix well.
2. Now add 2 cup flour, mix well and make paste then again add remaining 2 cup flour, knead and make smooth dough (use Water if needed).
3. Turn the dough on floured kitchen surface and knead about 10-15 minutes using your hand.
4. Grease the bowl and place the dough in it. Cover the dough until sized doubled or 35-40 minutes.
5. After 40 minutes punch the dough and knead, then divide into 18 to 20 equal portions and make into long roll shape.
6. Take baking tray; grease the tray and place the rolls on it, cover the tray for 30 minutes.
7. Brush the melted butter over the rolls; sprinkle some salt, remaining Italian seasoning and dry garlic powder.
8. Preheat the oven on 450 degree f or 220 degree c and bake the rolls for 10 minutes.
9. After baking remove the bread stick on cooling rack. Serve with tea, soup etc….
