Peanut Salad (Indo-Mexican Combo)

Here is my Super Healthy Boiled Peanut Salad (Indo-Mexican Combo) recipe. Peanut Salad is very tasty and chatpata. This super healthy Peanut Salad bowl is full of nutrition like iron, protein, calcium…so try and enjoy. I am sure kids to adult, everyone will love this Peanut Salad. My kids just loved Peanut Salad and I am happy because they hardly like a new food as they are very choosy.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Peanuts (boiled with ¼ tsp Salt)
• ¼ cup chopped Onion
• ¼ cup chopped Tomato
• ¼ cup chopped Spinach
• ¼ cup diced Apple
• ¼ cup Avocado cubes
• Chopped Cilantro
• ¼ tsp Black Pepper
• 2-3 pinch Chat Masala
• 1 tbsp sure cream or thick yogurt
• Salt
• 1 tbsp Grated Cheese

Method:

1. Take a mixing bowl; add boiled peanuts, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped spinach and diced apple and mix well.
2. Now add thick yogurt, salt, black pepper and again mix well.
3. Then add avocado cubes, mix lightly. Sprinkle grated cheese and chopped cilantro over it and toss lightly.
4. Before serving, sprinkle some chat masala and enjoy your super easy healthy salad bowl.
5. You can add any fruit, sprout as per your choice like chopped grapes, pomegranate, or chopped pineapple……………… 🙂
