In a mixing bowl add cream cheese (use room temperature cream cheese), onion, tomatoes, cucumber, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well, keep aside.
Now take pita bread, cut it into half circle, so it can become half circle pocket.
Place lettuce leaves inside the pocket, then stuff and spread some prepared cream cheese mixture into the pocket.
Then place or stuff the sliced cucumber, radish, spinach, sprinkle some grated carrot and pomegranate arils.
Now spread some cilantro mint hummus, you can apply it before spreading cream cheese mixture.
Quick fix veggie pita sandwich is ready, serve it fresh or later.
