Summer foods are some of my favorite foods, because I love the idea of making a meal fun and portable, like popsicles, ice cream, cold soups, salads……ahhh my mind is making so many ideas. I love these no cooking or baking ideas because for most of summer food or dessert there is no cooking involved main purpose is to avoid hot temperature while cooking.

I whipped up these no-bake jamun cheesecakes in about 10 minutes. They are seriously one of my favorite desserts that I have made for our weekend fun. So creamy and luscious, just melt in mouth. Aren’t they beautiful? Pretty as a picture and everyone has their own handy dessert. Perfect for a party or a picnic!!
