3 Ingredient White Chocolate Mousse

3 Ingredient White Chocolate Mousse

3 Ingredient White Chocolate Mousse is super easy to make. This white chocolate mousse is rich and creamy, also this mousse is egg-free and made without gelatin. Original mousse may include eggs in the recipe, but as you all know that I don’t eat eggs. You need only 10 minutes to make this beautiful dessert. So, it’s quick to make, but you should plan ahead because this mousse needs some chilling time.

This easy white chocolate mousse is perfect for events like Christmas, Valentine’s Day or any other occasion, but it’s delicious year around as well. If you are looking for individual desserts, this recipe is for you! You can top this mousse with chocolate shavings, Oreo cookies, fresh fruits like strawberry, cherry or raspberry or oven dry fruits/nuts.

3 Ingredient White Chocolate Mousse

This Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe is great because it’s just the right touch of sweetness to end your day. It can be dressed up for a holiday or dressed down for a simple night at home, and it is totally and completely foolproof. This White Chocolate Mousse Recipe is perfect for all occasions! You’ll be glad you tried it!

3 Ingredient White Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
• 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
• 5oz/140grm White Chocolate
• 4oz/110grm Cream Cheese
• ½ tsp Vanilla Extract (opt.)
• ¼ cup Sweetened Cacao Powder for Garnishing (opt.)
• Mini Oreo cookie sticks or Shaved Chocolates for Decor

Method
1. In a glass bowl add chocolate and melt it in microwave about 30 seconds at a time or use double boiler method.
2. Add cream cheese into the melted chocolate and mix it well until combined well, keep aside at cool place.
3. In another big glass bowl add whipping cream and whip it till stiff foamy peaks form, do not over whip otherwise it will become butter.
4. Add prepared chocolate mixture into the whipped cream and gradually fold the mixture, add vanilla extract while folding the mixture.
5. Fill the prepared mixture into the piping bag, do not cut the end and keep it into the refrigerator about 4-5 hrs or overnight.
6. Just before serving cut the end and pipe out the mixture into the serving glass, dust the cacao powder over it and décor with Oreo chocolate cookie or shaved chocolate and serve chilled.

Tips
• Do not use chocolate morsel or melting chocolate for mix.
• The cream cheese can be skipped.
• Add powder sugar if you want more sweet taste.
• You can add any food color if you want to match with your event theme.
• You can use other extract/essence like lemon, orange, strawberry, rose, etc. as per your choice.
