Dal Palak is now a days prepared by many due to its high nutritional values and health benefits. Lentil and vegetables are not only good for health even it gives balance to your diet. This is a great way to get your greens and protein. It is an easy, healthy and flavorful dal made with palak and moong dal. It is easy to prepare and gives you unique taste. Dal Palak

Tips:

• You can use Tuvar/Arhar dal instead of Moong Dal or use both dal with 1:1 ratio.
• You can skip the soaking part and cook direct in a pressure cooker and give 3-4 whistles.
• If you want spicier, then add more green chilies.

Sprouted Moong curry is healthy, nutritious and ha Sprouted Moong curry is healthy, nutritious and has an excellent fresh flavor with full of protein. They can be cooked in several ways, I made this in coconut gravy. You just need to soak whole moong bean overnight, then drain it and left it in a warm place with covered cloth, so that they can easily start sprouting. It is a delicious, quick and one pot curry. It can be eaten with roti, steamed rice or paratha.
