• ½ Cup Fresh Whipping Cream
• 2-3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 tsp Dried Rose Petals
• 2-3 Drops Green Color (opt.)
For Garnishing
• ¼ cup Whipped Fresh Cream
• 1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
• 1 tbsp Tutti Frutti
• 1-2 tbsp Slivered Almond Pistachio
• 1 tsp Rose Syrup
Method:
1. In a small blender jar, add chopped paan leaves, milk, gulkand, and fennel seeds.
2. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture using a fine tea strainer to remove any fibers.
3. In a large blender jar, add the strained paan mixture, whole milk, fresh whipping cream, sugar, vanilla ice cream, dried rose petals, and green food color (if using).
