Mix Fruit Popsicles

Mix Fruit Popsicles are all-time favorite for kids in any season and any time. Mix Fruit Popsicles is very easy to make, but very delicious and healthy. Mix Fruit Popsicles recipe is very easy to make, even kids can help to make. Making your own ice pops at home is a great way to get extra fruit in your child’s diet and reduce the amount of added sugar. Mix and match your favorite fruits and juices to create healthy fruit pops, perfect for any time.

Mix Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients:

• 1 Lemon
• 2-3 tsp Sugar
• 2-3 pinch Salt
• 1 Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
• 5-6 Strawberry (Sliced)
• ¼ cup Blueberry
• ¼ cup Orange (peeled, deseeded and sliced)
• ¼ cup Apple (peeled and chopped)
• 1-2 tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped)

Method:

1. Add 1-2 cup water in a sauce pan, then add lemon juice, sugar, salt, and then stir with spatula, mix well till all sugar dissolve.

2. Now check the taste, if required add sugar and lemon juice as per your taste, mix well and keep aside.

3. Take all chopped fruits, mint leaves and set them equally into Popsicle Mold.

4. Pour the prepared lemonade over the fruit till molds full.

5. Insert the popsicles stick and set them into freezer for 7-8 hours till it becomes hard like ice.

6. After 7-8 hour Pour Lukewarm water all over the mold, turn the mold upside down, then carefully remove the mix fruit Popsicle from mold and serve immediately.

Tips:

• You can use any fruit for Popsicle like grapes, peaches, pineapple etc…

• You can use readymade juice or fruit punch instead of lemonade.

• If you don’t have a mold then you can use plastic cup and ice-cream stick.

• It can be store up to 2-3 weeks in a freezer.
