Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cup Yogurt/Dahi
• 2-3 tbsp Sugar
• 2-3 tbsp Rose Syrup
• 1-2 tsp Rose Water
• 2-3 Pinches Cardamom Powder
• 1 tbsp Dried Rose Petals or Few Fresh Rose Petals (opt.)
• ½ cup Milk
• 6-7 Ice Cubes
• ¼ cup Fresh Whipped Cream
• 1-2 tbsp Rose Syrup For Garnishing
• Sliced Pistachios For Garnishing
• Rose Flower or Petals for Garnishing

Method:

1. In a blender jar, add yogurt, rose syrup, rose water, cardamom powder, milk, sugar, rose petals, and ice cubes.
2. Blend until smooth and slightly foamy on top.
3. Take a serving glass and pour 1 teaspoon of rose syrup along the inside walls of the glass.
4. Pour the prepared lassi into the glass and top with whipped cream and additional rose syrup.
5. Garnish with sliced pistachios and dried rose petals. Serve immediately.
6. Fill and garnish more glasses, then enjoy this aromatic and flavorful refreshing summer lassi.

• For the best taste and texture, use fresh, thick yogurt that is well-chilled. This will ensure your lassi is creamy and refreshing.
• The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your preference. You can also use honey or agave syrup as a natural sweetener alternative.
• Make sure to blend the ingredients until they are completely smooth and foamy. This will give your lassi a light and airy texture.
• Apart from pistachios and dried rose petals, you can also garnish with other nuts like almonds or even edible silver or gold leaf for a festive touch.
