Avocado Matcha Ice Cream

Avocado Matcha Ice Cream

Avocado Matcha Ice Cream

Avocado Matcha Ice Cream, a super creamy and delicious frozen treat for summer. This ice cream is super easy to make without any fuzz. It can be made in a blender/mixer, just blend the few simple ingredients and froze it and yummy super easy chilled dessert is ready to enjoy.

Avocados aren’t just for salad or guacamole, they can also be used to make deliciously creamy desserts with simple ingredients. You can indulge in this rich and creamy sweet treat.

Avocado Matcha Ice Cream

This ice cream gets its color from avocados, but I have also added matcha powder to get more greenish look.  Matcha powder is loaded with rich in nutrients like antioxidant and fiber. It also contains L-theanine, which works to calm your body and mind to decrease the stress level.

This avocado matcha ice cream doesn’t need ice cream maker. You just need blender or mixer and make it like you are making your everyday smoothies and done, no extra work.
So, let’s make this super creamy ice cream and enjoy your summer.

Avocado Matcha Ice Cream

Ingredients:
• 2-3 Medium Sized Ripe Avocado
• 1 can Condensed Milk
• 1 Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Lime Zest
• 1 tsp Matcha Powder
• 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1. Wash and halve the avocados, remove the seed using knife and scoop out the avocado using spoon into the bowl.
2. Now, take a blender or mixer. Add scooped avocado, lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract, condensed milk and blend it till smooth.
3. Add heavy whipping cream and blend it again for a few seconds till mix it properly.

Avocado Matcha Ice Cream

Tips:
• You can skip matcha powder if you don’t like slightly bitter taste.
• You can use vegan condensed coconut milk and full fat coconut milk cream to make this dessert vegan friendly.
• If you want sweeter taste, then add 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup.
• Fold shaved chocolate or chocolate chips in the mixture before placing into the freezer.
• If you are not using airtight container, then set plastic cling wrap over the container to avoid dark color on top after freezing.

Sprouted Moong curry is healthy, nutritious and ha Sprouted Moong curry is healthy, nutritious and has an excellent fresh flavor with full of protein. They can be cooked in several ways, I made this in coconut gravy. You just need to soak whole moong bean overnight, then drain it and left it in a warm place with covered cloth, so that they can easily start sprouting. It is a delicious, quick and one pot curry. It can be eaten with roti, steamed rice or paratha.
