Berry Sauce with Greek Yogurt

Berry Sauce with Greek Yogurt

Berry Sauce with Greek Yogurt

Berry Sauce with Greek Yogurt is perfect option for breakfast. Berry Sauce with Greek Yogurt is a quick dessert too! This Berry Sauce with Greek Yogurt is described by one tester as “a melt-in-your-mouth experience like no other!” You know what I love? This recipe that can be eaten for breakfast and dessert. I typically use a blend of frozen mixed berries, but fresh berries would be an excellent choice as well. You can prepare this sauce ahead of time so breakfast is waiting for you when you open the fridge. For breakfast on the go, layer it in any glass jar.

If you are ever tempted by the fruit yogurt cups in the chill cabinets of your local convenience store, forget about them. They are more than likely loaded with sugar and saturated fats. Rather make your own – this version is low in sugar, uses homemade strained yogurt or buy low fat Greek yogurt and is topped with the fresh fruits you will ever taste! Just yum. It is definitely a summer treat you and your family will love.
