Cranberry Mojito made with fresh cranberry, mint, club soda and rum. Cranberry Mojitos is the perfect for holiday cocktail! Serve Cranberry Mojito in Christmas or all year round! Mojito is a traditional Cuban highball. Traditionally, a mojito is a cocktail that consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, sparkling water, and mint.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
• ¾ cup Sugar
• 1 ½ cup Water
• ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves
• 1 Lime Juice
• ¼ cup Rum (optional)
• 1 cup Club Soda
• Ice Cubes

Method:

1. First wash and drain cranberries.
2. Take a saucepan, add cranberries, sugar, water in it over medium flame and bring it to the boil then reduce the flame and cook for about 7-8 minutes on low flame to make a syrup.
3. Once cranberries start to burst, remove from the flame and allow to cool completely.
4. Add the cooled cranberries into the fine strainer and mash it with spoon to extract the syrup.
5. Now in a pitcher, add half of mint leaves, fresh lime juice and with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon mash the mint. Now add ice cubes, rum, the prepared cranberry syrup, club soda and mix it well.
6. Chilled Cranberry Mojito is ready to serve.

Tips:

• You can garnish it with lime or lemon slice.
• Rum is optional; you can skip if you want.
