The lychee fruit has a sweet, aromatic taste, it tastes like a grape with a hint of rose, while some claim it tastes more like a pear or watermelon. The combination of sweet and tart means the lychee pairs well with other tropical flavors. The lychee (Litchi chinensis) — also known as litchi or lychee — is a small tropical fruit from the soapberry family.
Lychees are popular in Southeast Asia and China but less common in other countries. They have a sweet and flowery flavor and are a good source of vitamin C and several beneficial antioxidants. This makes them an excellent addition to a healthy diet.

It can be served with ice, lemon and mint leaves to make refreshing drink. I love summer only because of the tropical fruits, especially mango, passion fruit, lychee, pineapple, etc…The base of the drink is the simple ingredients. It goes well with any additions to change it to more complex cocktail.
