This Quick One Pot Spaghetti or Pasta super easy, no-fuss. Quick One Pot Spaghetti completely saved us from a calorie-ridden take-out meal! This flavorful One Pot Spaghetti is rich, creamy and filling–perfect for a fast weeknight dinner the whole family will enjoy. This one pot spaghetti, no need to boil separately one pot mean only one pot just throws all ingredients into the big pot and cook it, just 10-15 minutes and your delicious meal is ready.

In fact, there is a story behind this One Pot Spaghetti and why I am adding here sheer Quick too. Actually last week we had a historical blizzard snow storm, and can you guys guess what after that? Off Couse snow!! Snow!! everywhere and result is snow plowing. Normally I don’t do this, but this time unfortunately my hubby had a surgery just before a day, he could not even get up from bad and moreover there was a snow almost 3 to 4 ft. to clean. I started to do plowing and had been doing for almost half day. I was completely tired and not in mood to make any lunch after that. Hubby told me to order pizza but I was not comfortable as he cannot eat this after the surgery. I was mulling over it, at the same time younger one came to me and asked for Spaghetti as my kids love this. I thought it would be great idea to make Spaghetti. Normally I take a while for preparation and to make this but this time was different because of my tiredness and laziness I turned over this into the Quick One Pot Spaghetti. And amazingly it turned out great and appeased to my family.

Summer has arrived, and we're savoring my cool smo Summer has arrived, and we're savoring my cool smoothies made with my favorite fruit combinations. I made smoothies with SunGold Kiwi-Mango, SunGold Kiwi-Strawberry, and SunGold Kiwi-Mixed Berry for myself and the kids. In our summer smoothie, we love the high vitamin C content of sweet & refreshing SunGold kiwi. These smoothies are simple to make and quite tasty. If you've noticed, one of my favorite fruits in smoothies is kiwi. I discovered these SunGold @zesprikiwifruit @shopritestores and purchased two boxes (they come in a 1 pound pack) along with my grocery shopping from our local ShopRite. I purchased everything I'll need to create smoothies.

Transport yourself to the tropics with tangy sweet Transport yourself to the tropics with tangy sweet Passion Fruit Kulfi, made with fresh passion fruit pulp, hint of cardamom and saffron. Perfect way to enjoy tropical fruit in summer. If you are fan of mango, pineapple, lemon kind of tropical fruits, then you will love this passion fruit flavor in this Indian style kulfi dessert. My kids are crazy for this Kulfi. Sweet tangy flavor of passion fruit works well in fruit desserts, drinks and even some savory dishes. Earlier, I made Passion Fruit Panna Cotta and Pineapple Passion Fruit Mojito, but kulfi will always in top of the list.
