Mango Berry Popsicles

Mango Berry Popsicles

Mango Berry Popsicles are refreshing simple summer treat and very easy to make. Mango Berry Popsicles are healthy and delicious frozen dessert perfect for hot day to keep you hydrated. Popsicles are one of the easiest treats to make at home and perfect for all the summertime outdoor activities.

Mango Berry Popsicles

I like making popsicles at home because it can ditch pretty much all the refined sugar. It’s amazing how much sugar is in store-bought popsicles and it’s so unnecessary given that fruit itself is so darn sweet. These healthy tropical mango popsicles are made with real berries and mango. They’ve got fiber, potassium, and no added sugar. All you have to do is blend it, layer it and freeze it. You’ll have delicious popsicles in just a few hours and can beat the summer heat and feel great at the same time.

Mango Berry Popsicles

I love mangoes and love paring them with berries for smoothie, salad, juice, ice cream and frozen healthy treats like popsicle. I think they are just perfect match complimenting each other’s flavors, colors and texture. These are just great sweet treat that I often crave in the afternoon or for late evening snack. perfect for all aged kids the little ones or the big ones, suitable for everyone. This recipe is very simple with minimal ingredients and yes you don’t need to add sugar or any sweetener if mangoes are sweeter.

Tips:

• You can use any berry instead of all three.
• If mango puree is so thick, then add just a little bit water(1/4) or coconut water to make slightly thin mixture.
• If you don’t have popsicles mold, you can use plastic cups for making popsicles.

Surti Undhiyu is a combination of winter veggies and fenugreek dumplings cooked in an aromatic blend of spices. The traditional Undhiyu is a seasonal curry as some of the classic ingredients like Surti papdi, green peas, potatoes, Purple Yam, eggplant and raw banana. The name of this dish comes from the Gujarati word “undhu”, which translates to upside down, since the dish is traditionally cooked upside down underground in earthen pots, termed “matlu”, which are fired from above.
